VetBridge 5th Year Practicum

VetBridge is a training and mentorship program designed to guide newly graduated DVMs as they navigate their first year as a practicing veterinarian. This program allows the veterinarian to benefit from all aspects of a normal DVM associate contract, including a full-time schedule, a fully paid salary, and all other benefits such as a starting bonus, PTO, paid licensing, and more. The only difference a VetBridge candidate will experience is access to dedicated mentors who will provide case assistance and guided objective-based learning, to ensure you emerge from the first year as a well-rounded and confident veterinarian, diagnostician, and surgeon.
